The car has a fresh paint job (8-28-09) Needs to be wheeled out still. If you would like to come and check it out just let us know a day ahead of time so we can make sure the car is at the house for when you want to come and look at it. WILL TAKE REASONABLE OFFERS!! Was the entire airbag system replaced? I know on some gm cars all of the tripped sensors and the black box need to be replaced and/or reset to properly deploy new bags.

Who did the paint job? Are the pictures before or after the paint? Will the car be wheeled out prior to sale? What time of year and what environment was the paint job performed in?

More information about the spec clutch packs would be nice. What else was done to the transmission? Full rebuild? By who? What kind of fluid do you use in it? How many miles are on it since rebuild?

Can you provide a receipt and/or post up an exposed valve train (cover off) to prove you have the cams? What are the specs of these cams? Do you have the original cams and valves? Who did the P&P work? Who did the machining work after the P&P to properly seat the valves? Were the seats replaced as well? Is this the original head to the car? Do you have the original if not?

Do you mind if a borescope is used to inspect the bowls of the head, cylinder walls, and pistons? What kind of oil is used in the car? Do you keep any maintenance records?

Who did the exhaust work? What kind of piping was used? Is there a muffler as well? I'm assuming the header comes disconnected from the car since it's new. Does this mean the stock manifold and downpipe are still on the car?

From what I can tell, the dash is fake carbon fiber "look". Is it a vinyl sticker or a complete remold of an original? Do you still have the original?

Define what you mean by the alarm is "not currently hooked up". Does this mean it's wired into the car and something is wrong? Has it ever been installed? Why is "not currently hooked up"?

Do you have the original wheels? Would you sell the car without the 18" ones? Do you have any other original parts that will come with the car?

"Lowered adjustable struts" implies that there are either springs or coilovers on the car and the struts are aftermarket. Please give more info on both.

Please post up the VIN number for checking. Even though you say the car was not totaled, every car insurance company I know of will label a j-body as such if the airbags have deployed. This suggests that an accident occurred and was not reported to an insurance company (probably due to PLPD insurance being used). I could care less if the car is totaled, but I do care whether or not the car is labelled as salvage.

Who did the front end work? Do you have pictures of the accident damage? Can you please take pictures of the front end with the headlights removed?

Where are you located?

Please justify to me why I would pay $1,125 more than the top excellent condition (never had any issues what-so-ever) KBB value of $2,675.

I'm not trying to be a dick, I just want truthful answers to my questions if you want a serious buyer (me) for your car. Please answer pubically, as it will help the next person in line if I decide not to bite. Thanks.

    Ok here goes
The air bag system was not totally replaced only what is defective. New bags and front sensor it was a low speed impact that set it off.
The Paint Job was done my Caldwell Body shop in Lansing. Close due to my uncles heath; whom owned and ran it.It was painted in August
I dont know much on the trans other than what was told to me when i bought it. I does run Mobile1 synthetic fluid. and was told it has about 30K on it now.
Yes I can take a picture of the valve train with the cover off. Will take some doing seeing the car is parked out side covered currently and buried under snow.
I would not mind if a bore scope is used.
The exhaust is close to stock it was on the car when I got it. I have new parts to go it on it header and cat and resonator.
The dash is a stick type one. I dont have the original
The Alarm is in the car partly hooked up. I don't know if there is something not hooked up all the way or if it is defective.
do have a set of stock rims honey comb ones for it. I will sell it with out the !8's if desired. But i believe to put stock rims the car would be even lower to the ground.
It has coil overs on it. I don't know much on then.
I will have to find the title i know my wife has it at home somewhere.
The front end work was done by myself and my uncle. Who owned the body shop at my house.
I would have to look for before pictures not sure if i have them or not
I am Located in Kalamazoo
Hope that answers everything if i missed it remind me and i will do what i can. I bought this car wrecked from Indiana. No lien or and thing on it the guy didnt have insurance so he just sold it to me. All after market stuff was done by him.

Thank you for the answers. Removing as much aftermarket stuff as you can (18" wheels, extra exhaust parts, stereo, etc.) from the sale, what is your absolute low dollar sale price? Also, why are you selling?

Are you open to trades + cash? I have a midnight blue 1999 Saab 9-3 SE auto with 173,000 on the body. The motor and transmission were replaced in the summer of 2008 with a 19k motor out of a different 1999 9-3SE back at 152,000 miles so they have about 40,000 on them now. The car has the 2.0L turbo motor that's the father of the Ecotec. Literally every single piece on the suspension (other than the cross bar in the rear and the front spindles) were replaced on the car during the powertrain swap with new parts.

Let me know if you're interested via pm. Otherwise, just post up the price I requested. Thanks.

I couldn't help it. I decided to browse your Photobucket account in hopes of finding more pictures. I take it these are of the car:

Is this the donor upper?

Why do you have pictures of a red and white door mixed in with the pictures of the car for sale? Were those used in the rebuild as well?

One last set of quick questions. Do you have the wrenches needed to adjust the coilovers? Can you take pictures of the front and rear strut assemblies?

This is an important one to me. Is there any misalignment in the doors that causes the striker to come in contact with the side of the locking mechanisms?

Dammit. More questions

It appears the impact really wasn't that bad and only the upper rad support was severely mangled. Again, I'd like to see pictures of the repairs if possible.

Were the radiator and a/c condenser replaced or bent back to their proper shape?

Last ones for now (I swear). Was the dash pad replaced or did you attempt to just bend the airbag cover back to it's original shape (I'm only asking to make sure that nice looking one in the above picture made it onto the car. Also, can you take pictures of the full interior?

I am Selling it cause i dont really need it i have a 6 other cars already. Without the suspension and 18" rim i would say 3000 cause i dont need the suspension for anything . As for a swap i would have to talk to the wife and see some pictures. The white cav is my wifes car the red one was the Parts car. Hers was a 2.2 auto to 2.4 manual conversion fully loaded i did for her cause her white one has lots of sentimental value to her. It is soon to get a new race ready turbo engine. I dont have any of the tool to adjust the coil overs like i said i dont know much about them. Radiator and condenser where replaced. I bought a 2004 front clip from Schrams and used it to fix the car. It was a flood Damage that had no miles on it never titled car. Dash pad was replaced with a good used one.
